PROJECT HUMMINGBIRD
Our Mission
Project Hummingbird Ltd. is a non-profit organisation based in Jamaica with a unique mission: to foster cultural connections and understanding through the performing arts. Our goal is to explore the rich tapestry of human culture, highlighting both the similarities and differences that make each culture unique. Through celebration and mutual learning, we aim to create a world where diverse cultures come together harmoniously.
Our organisation draws inspiration from the timeless African story of the hummingbird, which exemplifies the ethos of "I will do the best I can" in the face of adversity. Just like the tenacious hummingbird, we are dedicated to doing our part in supporting artists, both locally and internationally, as they navigate challenges and obstacles in their creative journey.
